A tasty smoothie to split between two to three people.


1 Ripe Mango
1 Ripe Banana
200ml Orange Juice
200ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
3 Tablespoons Fromage Frais
Ice Cubes

Chop up the peeled mango, removing the inner stone and slice the peeled banana.

Using a blender or food processor mix the mango, banana, orange juice, milk, fromage frais and 2-3 ice cubes until smooth.

This should fill 2 -3 short glasses and must be served as soon as possible.
