A nice strawberry smoothie with a hint of black pepper to add flavour, a nice refreshing drink for the summer.

750ml Ice Cold Water
400g of Strawberries
300ml Natural Live Low-Fat Yogurt
25g Golden Caster Sugar
5ml Rosewater
Sprinkle of Ground Black Pepper

Chop up the strawberries and mix in a blender or food processor with half the water (375ml) and blend until smooth.

Next add the the rest of the water, the yogurt, sugar and rosewater and blend until frothy and smooth.

This should make 1.5 litres, pour into glasses, add some pepper to taste and serve.
