- 3/4 oz gin
1/4 oz white creme de menthe
1/4 – 3/4 oz lemon juice
4 oz Champagne
Shake gin, creme de menthe and lemon juice well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.
- 1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
4 tbsp vanilla ice cream
Blend briefly in a highball glass and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve with straws.
- 6 oz beer
6 oz clamato juice
1 pinch salt
1 dash lemon juice
1 pinch peppers
1 oz Tabasco sauce
Pour clamato juice over salt, pepper and lemon. Then add beer slowly as it will fizz up.
- 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
1/2 oz banana liqueur
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz melon liqueur
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz cranberry juice
Shake and strain, then pour into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a flag, or a flag and a pineapple wedge, if carried by your bar.
- 3 parts hot chocolate
1 part whiskey
Make cocoa in the traditional method, and add whiskey liberally.
- 2 1/2 oz chilled apfelkorn liqueur
3 1/2 oz chilled Bacardi Breezer Lime
Pour the Apfelkorn and Bacardi Breezer over 3 ice cubes in a whiskey sour glass, stir, and serve.
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 oz port
Stir all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes and serve.
- 1 oz apricot brandy
3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
1/2 oz sweet sherry
1 oz mango juice
3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a wine goblet.
- 1/2 glass beer
1/2 glass ginger ale
Fill a glass half full of beer (lighter beer works better). Fill the rest with Ginger Ale or 7-Up (preference).
- 5 cl Amer Picon orange bitters
20 cl beer
Mix amer picon and beer in a pilsner.
Ingredients 1 1/2 oz vodka1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur Pour above ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Strain into an old-fashioned glass, float 4 to 6 raisins, and serve.
Ingredients 1/2 oz Rumple Minze peppermint liqueur1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum Mix in shaker and serve.
Ingredients 2 oz vodka1 oz 151 proof rum2 oz Midori melon liqueurgrenadine syrup Add the vodka, 151, and Midori forming a nice green shooter. Then tilt in some grenadine to give it some red flare at the bottom -- burn it down!
Ingredients 1 1/2 tsp Southern Comfort peach liqueur1 1/2 tsp Crown Royal Canadian whisky2 tsp grenadine syrup1 tsp pineapple juice Place the two liquors into the bottom of a shot glas. Add pineapple juice and grenadine, mix well, and serve.
Ingredients 2/3 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur2/3 oz Absolut vodka2/3 oz Rumple Minze peppermint liqueur Pour 2/3 of an oz. of each ingredient into a shot glass and drink.
Ingredients Jagermeister herbal liqueurRumple Minze peppermint liqueurGoldschlager cinnamon schnapps Add in parts into a shot glass. Can also be served with ice in the shot glass.
Ingredients 1 part Jagermeister herbal liqueur1 part Rumple Minze peppermint liqueur1 part tequila Combine equal amounts of ingredients in a shot glass.
Ingredients Tia Maria coffee liqueurdark creme de cacaocream Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.
Ingredients 1 part Jose Cuervo Especial gold tequila1 part Tequila Rose strawberry cream liqueur Add Tequila Rose and follow with tequila.
Ingredients 1/2 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur1/2 oz Rumple Minze peppermint liqueur1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum Add all three ingredients in order to a shot glass. Best served with top layer on fire. (For effect only)
