Ingredients

• 5 parts coffee
  2 parts vodka
  1 handful sugar

Add the coffee first, then add alchohol and finally you should add the sugar. Shake well.

  1 oz cola
  1 splash beer

  2 1/2 oz coconut cream
  11 oz pineapple juice
  1 oz whipped cream

Combine all ingredients with crushed ice in a blender. Keep adding ice and blending in stages until slurpee-consistancy. Pour into a hurricane glass. Top with whipped cream, and serve.

• 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  1/2 oz light rum
  1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  1/2 oz peach schnapps
  1/2 oz cranberry juice
  1/2 oz pineapple juice
  1/2 oz orange juice

Mix ingredients together over ice in a whiskey sour glass, and serve.

  3 oz guava juice
  1 oz coconut cream

Pour the rum, guava juice and coconut cream into a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a kiwi wheel, a tropical edible flower or a pineapple flag, and serve.

  5 oz hot black tea
  1 tsp sugar

Combine in a heat-proof cup, and sweeten to taste. Add a slice of orange, and serve.

  1 glass beer

Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in equal parts liquor. Shake or swirl. Strain into shot glass(es). Serve with a short, cold glass of beer.

  4 dashes orange bitters

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry peppers, and serve.
